I make video transitions too, because I used to be a MEP editor and edit to anime as a hobby years ago.
I use Vegas Pro 17 as my editing medium.

Video animations
Starts at $2/hr, 6-7hrs for 5 secondsFor video animations, it depends on hours I spend on making it, but typically it would take me 6-7 hours to complete 5 second videos. Will rate according to how detailed you expect your video to be~ Example below took me about less than 2 days to complete, with 7 hours worth of work per day.
